Our box office is located on the Embarcadero at Pier 29.
Box Office Hours are
Tuesday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
Saturday and Sunday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
CLOSED Mondays.
As A Gift
Teatro ZinZanni Gift Cards are available for purchase online or by calling or visiting our Box Office.
Gift Cards may be redeemed by calling or visiting our Box Office.

Are there any other costs associated with seeing the show?
The ticket price does not include beverages. Additionally a $12 per guest dining room service charge will be applied to your beverage bill at the end of the evening for Teatro ZinZanni dinner performances. For brunch performances, a $7 per guest dining room service charge will be applied to your beverage bill at the end of the performance. Gratuity for your beverage service is greatly appreciated.
Do I need to make reservations? How far in advance?
Reservations are not required but are highly recommended. For weekday performances, you should typically purchase one week in advance. For weekend performances, two weeks in advance is advisable. Premium Floor and Inner Ring Seating may sell out anywhere up to one month in advance. Check with Box Office for last-minute availability.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
